Well-known concept, new techniques
For the realization of a new ring lock from Axa, the entire interior had to be developed and drawn on the basis of a renewed welding technique within the existing production environment.
Challenges
The biggest challenges were the super short lead time of the project with the extremely high welding temperatures to realize the interior. The new Axa lock had to at least meet the highest two-star Art security class.
Cooperation
Due to the short lead time, the collaboration was very intensive and with the right focus. As a result, decisions could be taken quickly by all parties involved, both internally and externally. And thanks to the good communication and project documentation, we had few 'difficult' questions from stakeholders to fear.
